Today, the half-life of acquired knowledge is very short. Employees must frequently attend further training sessions to keep up-to-date during their professional life.
Talecon provide further training sessions on important issues hosted by renowned experts.

Training focuses on analytical chemical problems, e.g. chromatographic separation techniques, spectroscopic analysis of trace elements or photometric techniques, and solution strategies for chemical technological processes, e.g. procedures for simulation and optimisation. Talecon provide basic courses on analytical chemical methods and practical training sessions on site or in training centres.

We provide management training sessions for top managers or division managers in cooperation with a renowned German management institute. Moreover, Talecon's range of services includes theoretical and practical training courses on welding techniques.

In-House Training - Gas Chromatography (course code GC0107)
The aim of this in-house training course is to improve practical knowledge of all persons in your company involved in analysis of oil and oil- products using chromatographic methods.

The course will be held in the laboratory itself. The people will stay in their own laboratory and be trained beside their daily work.
An excellent expert in chromatographic separation techniques with many years of practical experiences in chromatographic analysis will visit your laboratory and stay there for several weeks. He will train your personnel in trouble shooting and give practical advice and recommendation to make daily work of the technicians/engineers more efficient.
The expert will be able to meet the demands of your co-workers both on the sites in the desert and in other laboratories.

Long-term further training programme in Gas Chromatography (course code GC0207)
This offer is foreseen for technicians, engineers, or scientists already involved in gas chromatographic analyses of oil and oil products but needing more advanced and especially more practical training. We like to offer you the possibilities to send a limited number of your co-workers to one of the world leading companies in producing many kinds of analytical instruments. The course will be held in the application laboratory of a big company with many years experiences in gas chromatography of oil products. It is both well equipped with all kinds of gas-chromatographic systems and highly experienced personnel especially in the analysis of oil will be available.
Your personnel will be educated especially in the analyses of oil, trained in optimisation of analytical procedures, learn to maintain the instruments or to change different parts of the instrument according to the analytical demands etc.

The number of participants is limited. For a small number of participants we offer courses up to e.g. 12 weeks in Germany.

Short-Term Courses in Several Analytical Methods (course code GC0307)
These courses will last one or two weeks. It will be held in a modern laboratory in Germany of one of the world leading companies in instrumental analytical equipment and laboratory consumables as well. The subject of interest is depending on the demands of your co-workers. Herewith we may offer courses in chromatographic analysis, element determinations in oil, soil, water, or other materials by means of different types of instruments. We can offer trainings in automated analytical procedures and in special software training.

These courses are foreseen for persons already working in analytical laboratories.

Additionally, we may offer you courses for beginners as compact courses in relevant topics.

The courses will be held in Germany.
